Never received it

It was promised to be delivered in a week and its been over two weeks now and still dont have this delivered. I needed the dress for a funeral and its now passed. I contacted customer service and they replied they will look into it for a refund and its been already a week with no response. This is the second disappointment ordering from Loar.
