US Domestic and Canada Shipments

Loar US is delighted to offer complimentary Standard Ground shipping for all orders over $150 within the United States and over $250 CAD within Canada, unless otherwise specified.

With US Domestic Free Standard delivery, you can expect most of your orders to arrive within 3-5 business days after it's been processed (6-8 business days for Canada). For those choosing 2-Day shipping, your items will be delivered in 2-3 business days. If you opt for Overnight shipping, you can anticipate delivery within 1-2 business days after your order is shipped.

For the most accurate delivery estimate, refer to the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Please note that during promotional periods and holidays, there may be slight delays in shipments due to increased order volumes.

International (excluding Canada) Shipments

Loar US currently do not provide international shipments outside of US and Canada.

Returns 

We aim to create potent skincare and fashion products that transform your skin and style. To initiate a return for online purchases, contact our Customer Experience Team at contact@loarus.com with your order number. Please ensure to contact our Customer Experience Team before sending the return, as we are not responsible for lost returns. We reserve the right to limit or charge a return processing fee for policy abuse.

If you received a damaged or defective item from us, or the wrong item was shipped to you, you will not be responsible for return shipping charges, and we will not charge any restocking or other fee in connection with the return. In addition, you will receive a full refund for the item, as described in our Refund Procedures.

Cosmetic & Beauty Products

You have 15 days from when you receive your online order to return it for a refund. 

  • Item must be returned to us, unopened (unless the item was received by you in a defective or damaged condition) and in its original packaging, with all accessories.
  • We cannot accept items back that have been used. 
  • Items with a seal tag will only be accepted where it remains intact and undamaged.
  • Damaged or defective items returned without their original packaging will not receive a refund.

Clothing

You have 15 days from when you receive your online order to return it for a refund. 

  • Items must be unwashed, unworn, and has not been altered, with all labels and tags still intact – unfortunately we can’t accept them in any other condition.
  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or credit.
  • Damaged or defective items returned without their original packaging will not receive a refund.

After we've received and examined your returned item, you will receive an email notification confirming its receipt. Additionally, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or declined. If your return is approved, the refund will be initiated, as described in our Refund Procedures.

Refunds

If you are entitled to a refund in connection with a return, the following conditions will apply:

  • Your refund will be in the form of payment used for the purchase.
  • $7 fee ($25 CAD in Canada) will be deducted if you use the shipping label provided by Loar.
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable.
  • The amount refunded will be the purchase price paid by you for the returned item (which reflects the amount of any discounts, promotions or coupons that you received), including sales tax charged with respect to the item, as applicable.
  • Credits will be issued after we receive, inspect and process your return. Please allow time for the returned item to be delivered to us, for us to inspect and process the return, and for the credit card issuer to credit your account. Your credit card company determines when the credit will be reflected in your statement. It may take one full billing cycle for the credit to appear on your account.
