Too tight on the sleeve & horrible customer service

This jacket has an elastic band on the sleeve, and they're a lot more tighter than you'd anticipate from the pictures, which led me to return the jacket. Upon sending this jacket back, the customer service claimed the jacket smelled unpleasant and thus, they won't refund my money. The unpleasant smell is something from the warehouse, not me and I'm befuddled and also little insulted by their accusations.
